Independent IT audits for US companies

AI moved fast.
Make sure your IT kept up.

We review your systems, processes and vendors, tell you plainly what works and what does not, and recommend the most efficient way forward. No sales pitch for software. Just a clear picture and a practical plan.

Why an outside look matters now

The options multiplied

New AI tools and platforms appear every week. Choosing well takes time most teams do not have, and choosing badly locks you in for years.

Costs creep quietly

Overlapping subscriptions, oversized cloud bills and unused licenses rarely show up as one big problem. They add up one invoice at a time.

Quality is hard to see from inside

Whether work comes from your own team or an outside vendor, it is difficult to judge its quality when you are the one who has to rely on it.

Services

From a quick spot check to a full audit

Start small if you just want a second opinion, or go deep when a big decision is on the table.

FAQ

Common questions

Do we need an in-house IT team to work with you?

No. We work with companies that have a full IT department, a single IT person, or rely entirely on outside vendors. In the last case, an independent review is often the most valuable.

Will you try to sell us software or services?

Our job is to give you an honest assessment and practical recommendations. If we suggest a tool or a vendor, we explain why and what the alternatives are, so the decision stays yours.

How long does an audit take?

A spot check typically takes days, a comprehensive audit a few weeks, depending on the size of your company and the scope we agree on. You get a firm timeline in the proposal.

How do you handle confidential information?

We are happy to sign an NDA before the assessment starts. We only request the access we need, read-only wherever possible, and remove it when the engagement ends.

Can you help implement the recommendations?

Yes, if you want us to. Many clients use the roadmap with their own team or vendors, and we can stay on to oversee the changes or do a follow-up check.
